Some early impressions on clerics:
Not being granted domain spell slots is rough. Clerics should be getting +1 spell slot for memorization per level.
Not having a domain spell for each level from each domain is also sort of a nerf from tabletop.
Not having bless as a level 1 spell seriously hampers a cleric’s combat ability early on. Could argue the same about Aid, which should be a 2nd circle spell (not sure if that’s in at all or not) but those two are bread and butter cleric spells in the way that magic missile is basic wizardly stuff.
Despite being able to eventually get an everburning torch (at least I think I got it from questing), having a light spell at level 1 as cleric would be nice. I was told there’s a ‘daylight’ spell, but there’s no help file and it’s neither 1st nor 2nd circle. Continual flame is an arcane spell.
Other than that, so far so good, I suppose. I feel like unlimited duration for pets is a bit unbalanced (Ie makes clerics/wizards overly powerful compared to non-caster classes). This would normally take a spell slot to maintain, but as it stands, you cast the spell, then forget/blank it, and power up a new one.
